Child Safety Standards

Our standards for an adult community, with clear ways to report concerns and contact our team.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

A respectful community

phrodia is for people aged 16 and over. Our community standards support constructive photo feedback while protecting children from exploitation and harm.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and grooming. Photos depicting anyone under 18, including people in the background, are prohibited.

Account eligibility

Provide accurate age information when setting up your account. Accounts confirmed to be operated by people under 16 are closed. If you believe an age or moderation decision was mistaken, contact info@phrodia.com with the relevant account and decision details.

Reporting a concern

Use a photo's Report option and select Child Safety Concern. You can also email info@phrodia.com with enough information to identify the account or content and explain the concern. Do not download or forward suspected abuse material to make a report.

Reports are assessed according to their nature and urgency. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or local law enforcement.

Moderation and response

Automated image checks and review by authorized administrators support our response to concerns. Confirmed prohibited content is removed and accounts involved in child sexual exploitation are closed. Urgent concerns can require immediate restrictions while a report is assessed.

We preserve relevant evidence and make reports to competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, in accordance with legal requirements. We cooperate with lawful investigations.
