Who sees my photo?
Your photo is shown to eligible community members for feedback according to the audience settings available for your test. If you create a sharing link, code or QR code, people who receive it can view the shared photo and its associated results. Choose where you share it with that audience in mind.
What information helps me understand my feedback?
Results bring together scores, comments and available audience information, such as age, gender and city-level insights. Profile information relevant to an interaction can be shown to its participants. These details help you put feedback into context and start a conversation where that option is available.
How does phrodia use location?
With your device permission, phrodia uses location for geographic features and city-level audience insights. You can manage location permission in your device settings. The Privacy Policy explains the data used and retained for these features.
How do I choose an audience?
Review the audience options shown when you set up a photo test. Age and gender settings help you invite relevant community feedback. A shared browser link offers an additional way to invite people yourself; anyone who receives a forwarded link or code can also use it.
Where can I manage analytics and advertising choices?
Use the app’s privacy options and your device settings to manage the available choices. The public website has its own consent controls. The Cookie Policy explains these controls and how measurement and advertising services process data, including technical requests that can occur without cookies.
How does phrodia support respectful feedback?
phrodia is for adults aged 18 and over. Image checks and review by authorized administrators support moderation. Use a photo’s Report option or contact support with a concern. The Community Guidelines explain the standards for photos, feedback and conversations.
How do I manage my photos and account?
Manage or delete individual photos in Photos. You can request account deletion in Profile settings or by email, without reinstalling the app. The FAQ provides the steps, and the Privacy Policy explains the process and applicable retention requirements.
